Nominations for Internal Auditor positions

Two internal auditor positions need to be filled. The internal auditor appointment is for one year. The position requires applicants to be available in the months of February/March to:

  • review minutes of the preceding financial year

  • review financial records and statements to confirm financial transparency and the maintenance of sound financial practices

  • confirm compliance with internal policies & procedures and statutory requirements

  • seek clarification and raise any concerns identified in the review

  • make any recommendations to the Executive Committee for improvements.

Applicants will require a basic knowledge of financial statements and budgeting. Business, financial and corporate management experience is a plus, but not essential.   |  See the attached Internal Auditor Nomination Form.

 

Forward completed nomination forms for the Executive Committee or the Internal Auditor position of the Ithacan Philanthropic Society “The Ulysses” by EMAIL to the Secretary, secretary@ithaca.org.au,  prior to the AGM by 11.00am Friday 23 May 2025.
