• The IHS celebration of the first Australian Ambassador to Greece’s visit, featuring the Youth Dance Group performing the traditional Ithacan Dance

• The restoration of the 1930s Oil Factory by Chrysanthos Karavias, creator of the successful cheese company Ithaca’s Poem
