Ithacan Movie Club - “KAPODISTRIAS”

Join as for the screening of “Kapodistrias”, the historical drama set in the early 19th century, chronicling the true story of Ioannis Kapodistrias, the first Governor of Greece following its liberation from the Ottoman Empire.

Guided by integrity, compassion, and a deep sense of justice, Kapodistrias dedicates his life to defending the freedom and dignity of his people. In his struggle to rebuild the nation, he sacrifices personal happiness and confronts the corruption and hostility of powerful forces.
