The Ithacan Historical Society has now inputted all the First Generation questionnaires. We are appealing to all First generation Ithacans who have not yet filled in their form to do so and send it on to us as we would like to finish the project and start on the Second Generation surveys. Either download the form above or get in touch with us (CLICK HERE) if you have mislaid your questionnaire and we will send it off to you.

The draft for the second generation surveys will be completed sometime in mid-2010.
