Australia Memories
A project of the Ithacan Historical Society of Victoria funded by the Ithacan Philanthropic Society Melbourne.

This long awaited project – our very own Ithacan Cookbook Ithacan Recipes – Australian Memories has been extremely successful. A colourful volume, 156 pages long it contains not only traditional Ithacan recipes but also graphic scenes of Ithaca and images of Ithacan life in Australia going back to the last century. It is bound to appeal to any one interested in traditional Ithacan fare but also those who will be attracted to the reminders of people and places in their past. The initial printing of 500 copies was sold out immediately. We are now in our second printing and copies are selling fast.

It’s being passed around at the moment because there is tremendous interest in it. Get some copies over here for the tourist shops. It will sell like hotcakes. Locals want it, too.
